Yes, I am indeed fortunate to be in Northeast Georgia!! I went for an early morning long walk on a dirt road, uphill :-} and it was wonderful. Did I do this freely of my own will? NO..it would have been much easier to sleep a little longer in the cool of the early morning, but my little dog, Sir Winston, woke me with a small growl and then a louder bark. Have you seen members of the US Census Bureau out and about in northeast Ga? Have they been calling you on your listings for information? How do you feel about all that?
Do you as a real estate agent know the importance of the information the Census Bureau is attempting to obtain? What does it mean for your county? What are your company positions on what you can divulge and what you cannot divulge? Does your company have a position?

Helen, Ga is experiencing the most rain our area has had in quite some time. Trees are the main concern now along with some area flooding. Be careful when you drive over any amount of water. The current is much stronger than it appears. Our area has many small creeks, and some rivers with bridges over them. My road has a couple of lakes which pass under the low bridge and road. Helen Georgia is beautiful and stands by itself, but you don't want to miss the other area attractions:
WHAT TO SEE: Sautee and Nacoochee.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable shoes, layers and bring a water bottle, because you will want to spend some time walking around. Don't forget your camera! Take some close ups of the area signs and information so you don't forget once you are back home and your trip is just a fond memory!

This is what I am hearing most now. "I can't price my home at what YOU are suggesting". Back up here, it is NOT what I am suggesting it is what the MARKET is suggesting". Big difference. Facts are not pleasant to see now, but necessary to be realistic.
It is hard to turn down a listing, but it is harder to keep an unrealistic seller happy! For the life of me I don't know why a Seller thinks THEIR house will sell for 30,000 more than the other houses on the street?
