When it comes to Single Family Homes in Cape Coral Florida people often tell me they chose Cape Coral, Florida because they could buy twice the home for half the money of a simillar home in their hometown. Having come from the Greater Boston Area myself I can understand this sentiment. For Example: a single family home in Cape Coral, Florida seliing for $200,000 is easily twice that in the Greater Boston Area. I read a post by Paula Hamilton about not selling non Realty items which inspired me to share a couple of tips on what to do when the seller wants to sell the whole kit and caboodle. While I absolutely agree that non realty items should be negotiated separately and conveyed via a bill of sale, handling this type of transaction is sometimes unavoidable. If you have been waiting for the Real Estate Market to level out, the time has finally come. For many, the dream of affording a Single Family Home in Florida has become once again a reality.
