Is having your real estate sign in with your listings first picture cheating? I have been told to take pictures of just my sign off listing pictures. On all cooperating brokerages websites your picture will be displayed. Is this fair to the other brokerages? Or am I just indirectly advertising through thier websites? … (2 comments)

How do you as a Realtor capture the FOR SALE BY OWNER in the Quad Cities and the Nation? That is a question that I wish I could answer. I have tried to hit them with Mailers, Emails, SEO Search Word Combinations, and even a little door knocking. I have noticed that in the areas that I am well known I receive a little more respect to direct marketing. So this all depends on my overall marketing plan.
