Is having your real estate sign in with your listings first picture cheating? I have been told to take pictures of just my sign off listing pictures. On all cooperating brokerages websites your picture will be displayed. Is this fair to the other brokerages? Or am I just indirectly advertising through thier websites? … (2 comments)

In 2007 Fowler Realty increased its market share in the Quad Cities for many reasons. We had a more aggresive and diversified advertising campaign. We used Mailers, Cable Tv Ads, Flyers, Yard signs, the MLS, and the Fowler Realty Website www.FowlerRealtyHomes.com We also have a larger group of people that we have done business with called past referrals.
