Through the years I've always enjoyed working with first time home buyers and in particular commendable first time buyers who take the proper steps to make the home buying process enjoyable for themselves and in turn their agent. Not too long ago I was covering the phones when a call came in from a young man inquiring about a home which happened to ba a duplex.
