template: A new website

I spent the better part of three days editing a new website that is a "template" site. This is my preferred way of getting my personalization onto my sites. I like the Point-2-Agent template site for a general agent site for this reason. My new site is a FSBO site in another state and is a test for a new approach (for me, but a lot of others are already well down that road).
