We held our breath, our heart was pounding, as the auctioneer..... We attended a Live on the Lawn Auction this afternoon. We waited in anticipation for our clients home to be announced. They planned to bid live on line while the auction was Live on the Lawn. The home they planned to bid on is located in the gated golf community of St.James Plantation in Southport, North Carolina. Our client had flown down April 2nd from Ohio to preview the home located on the 10th hole of the Member's course. The bidding started at a preset price and quickly rose to … (12 comments)
