So much for the summer Real Estate slow down in San Francisco, just when you thought the market for real estate was already on fire a look at current active listings for condo's in the greater area paints a shocking picture for home buyers.
For this article included Clarendon Heightes, Corona Heights, Dolores Heights, Buena Vista, Castro, & Eurkea Valley.
There are currently only 3 active listings in this entire area for condos, with an average days on market of just 12!
