Appleton Wisconsin Refinance Success Story: Debbie

Debbie, a 65 year old semi-retired school teacher, needs my help. Debbie has a serious cash flow issue.  Debbie’s mortgage payment is way too high and her current lender is too greedy and they will not refinance her Appleton Wisconsin mortgage. Debbie’s interest rate was near 8 percent.  That is outrageous.

Debbie currently pays more than half of her monthly fixed income on her Appleton Wisconsin mortgage. Debbie has to substitute teach several days a month in order to make ends meet.  It’s tough to do this at that age.

frank pabon: Great time to be a Wisconsin sports fan!!!!! (Part 3 of 3) - 09/15/11 12:46 AM
I can not remember a time in recent Wisconsin sports history that three major sports teams (Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and UW football) are dominating their respective sports. We are really experiencing a sports renaissance in Wisconsin and it’s almost too exciting.

Last but definitely not least, let’s talk about BUCKY!!!!!!!!  The Wisconsin Football Badgers are 2-0 and are ranked seventh in the AP Top 25.  On average the Badgers are scoring 43 points a game and giving up about 9 points.

Russell Wilson (Senior QB transfer from North Carolina) has been what the doctor ordered … (1 comments)

I can not remember a time in recent Wisconsin sports history that three major sports teams (Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and UW football) are dominating their respective sports. We are really experiencing a sports renaissance in Wisconsin and it’s almost too exciting.

The Milwaukee Brewers have constructed a team this year with a strong offense and strong pitching.  The Milwaukee Brewers have great hitters like Prince Fielder, Ryan Braun, Rickie Weeks, and Casey McGehee (sorry Cubs!)  The Brewers picked up pitchers Zack Greinke and Shaun Marcum this off season to complete a staff with Yovani Gallardo, Chris Narveson, … (0 comments)

The Packers are definitely back and may be a dynasty in the making.  The Green Bay Packers have an all world quarterback – Aaron Rodgers, an all world wide-out – Greg Jennings, an all world tight-end – Jermichael Finley, and all world linebackers - Clay Matthews and A.J. Hawk. The Green Bay Packers have legendary players … (1 comments)

frank pabon: What are today’s Wisconsin FHA credit guidelines? - 08/17/11 02:46 AM
It seems like lending rules are changing daily. What are today’s Wisconsin FHA credit guidelines? Here is a brief breakdown.
All loans are credit score driven but Wisconsin FHA credit guidelines are not as stringent as a conventional loan. Wisconsin FHA underwriters focus primarily on credit over the last 24 months.  Wisconsin FHA underwriters will look at credit to establish an ability to pay. FHA underwriters use common sense in the way they approach your loan and want to make sure there is a benefit for you and your family.
Today 640 is the typical minimum credit score used … (0 comments)

frank pabon: Has your Appleton WI loan taken too long to close????? - 08/16/11 05:00 AM
Has your Appleton WI refinance or AppletonWI purchase taken forever to close?  Has your loan officer given you advice on how to shorten the Appleton WI mortgage process? I bet you he or she has not! Here are six things you must do while your loan is in process:
1.                 Continue to make all payments to credit cards, installment loans, consumer debts, and most importantly your mortgage.
2.                 Do not add additional debt to credit cards or make any major purchases.  A new credit report will be pulled prior to closing your loan.  New debt may cause an increase in debt … (0 comments)

Janesville Wisconsin Mortgage Refinance Story – Daniel
Daniel is a single man that owns a duplex and called WI-Mortgage.com for his Janesville Wisconsin Mortgage Refinance.  Daniel was interested in finding out what his options were for both reducing his monthly payments and shortening his term on his Janesville Wisconsin Mortgage.
Daniel’s credit profile and income were acceptable for refinancing his Janesville Wisconsin Mortgage, however his property was unique in that there were not many recent comparable sales of duplexes in his immediate area.  He had been denied at a few other banks prior to contacting WI-Mortgage.com for his Janesville Wisconsin Mortgage.

frank pabon: Appleton Wisconsin Refinance Story: Hank - 07/28/11 02:55 AM
Hank, a recently divorced gentleman from Appleton,WI, needed to pay his ex-wife a divorce settlement of $30,000 fast! He was required to pay off this debt within 30 days and Hank waited until the last moment to start the process.  Hank currently had a 7.5%, 30 year Wisconsin mortgage and had 15 years remaining.
The goal was clear! Hank needed to close this chapter in his life and start over.
The major hurdle was communicating with two sets of attorneys, Mark, and his ex-wife. It took about a week, many phone calls, and countless emails to complete transaction.
WI-Mortgage.com was able … (1 comments)
