Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping buyers find their first home. I recently got the privilege to do that again.
When this young couple first started the process, they thought a condo or townhome might be the best purchase for them.
After looking at several options, they found the association fees were cost prohibitive. After all, if they were going to spend close to $250/month for HOA fees, why not put that additional money towards more house?
