A few days ago, I had a conversation with an agent about Christmas cards. She has very professionally produced Christmas cards each year. You know the ones. We all get them from our bank, our insurance company, even the vendors we do business with. Some of these cards may even be hand-signed--probably by an assistant. When you get these cards, how do you feel? Does it make you want to run out and do business with these companies?
