If you are a pet owner looking to buy a Franklin TN condo or townhome, make sure you get a copy of the Covenants, Codes and Regulations (CC&Rs) prior to writing an offer. Some condominium developments limit the number and size of the pets you may be allowed to have in the condo and common areas.
This recently occurred when a buyer realized the condo development where he was looking to purchase did not allow dogs over 80 pounds. He has, not only one, but two St. Bernards. Not only are they big, they can be quite messy.
