The January and February weather here has been colder than usual. I knew it was going to be a sunny day so I decided not to work. Westhaven Harris Teeter Now Open in Franklin TN Harris Teeter hosted a special event called the "Taste of Teeter" exclusively for the residents of Westhaven in Franklin TN. The food market is located within the Westhaven Town neighborhood. The rain was coming down but that did not keep the residents away. The parking lot was at maximum capacity and people were riding over in their golf carts even though it was raining. It was quite a sight.
