Who is man's best friend? Who is man's best friend? Who would you say? I would pick someone who has many good qualities... I want someone loyal, close, loving, fun not someone that is too needy that is always asking for something. I don't know if you ever heard that " the dog is mans best friend" why you may ask. They are loyal even when we may not be so friendly to them. Maybe we may yell or scream at them when they do something they shouldn't do. Maybe kicking them when the do something to upset you. I remember when my lovely wife started working with me.... She would always tell me that I would forget to call her because I was forgetful not too busy to call like I was claiming.... She soon saw that I was telling the truth about being busy.... If I am not with a client I am calling back if I am not calling back I am calling to check on conditions if not checking on conditions I am prequaling if not prequaling then I am calling the title for Title Commitment, you get the point... I have found that as a Loan Officer we are sales people above everything. I work hard on being as helpful and as useful as possible to my clients, builders and agents. I have tried to marketing for business many different ways, newspapers or magazine ads and even television. I have invested quite a bit of money into marketing in the last 12 months. The one thing that has always been the most effective is working with Realtors. A Realtor is looking for the next buyer just like you and me and they want to close the loan just as bad as you do.
