This year has already started on an exciting note and I know that this year will be prosperous for all those who see the market for what it is: Opportunity. Just as it is easier to buy that hot stock or hot mutual fund after a tremendous run up the year before, it's easier to invest in the market when every one else is doing it. But, if you do what everyone is doing, you'll get what everyone else is getting. I don't know about you, but I hear the negativity that surrounds me and I want no part of it. Success … (0 comments)

This post is continued from my previous entry.... While most of the pundits are calling for a "bad market," investors should be looking at 2008 with optimism. But that should be tempered with prudence as this market is not with out pitfalls. The opportunity in '08 lies the potential for real cash flow accumulation. But look beyond the ads that promise "positive cash flow," or "investors delight," because you have to account for financing - so have those arrangements beforehand.
