TIPS FOR SELECTING THE PROPER REALTOR FOR TODAY'S BUYER: Make sure agent has gone over agency and what each agency may or may not mean for you. Don't feel scared by the term "BUYERS AGENT", because it does not mean that the cost of the home will be more (having a professional negotiate for you may actually SAVE you money). Make sure the agent specializes in the types of homes and area that you are looking for.
