We live in a visual age. The PHOTOGRAPHS of your house are the most important part of your presentation. When home buyers are surfing Zillow, Realtor dot com, Trulia, and other real estate websites, they are looking first at the PICTURES.
You want sharp, "magazine-quality" photographs that will POP! Your photos need to draw buyers in, so that they will read the description of your house. You want those Buyers to pick up the phone and call to set up a showing appointment.
