Every great deal I'm seeing is being sold within a week. Last week I spotted a 3800+ sqt home in San Ramon's Windermere. They asked $950K and I see it's already pending. The house had amazing upgrades. If you're looking, when you spot a deal, run with it. p.s this was bank owned.

We have 945 Arikara listed and sold in 4 days. The property ws listed on Thursday. Open Houses on Saturday and Sunday, with traffic non-stop both days. The home was in escrow on Monday. Similar stories occurred for other properties with schools associated with Fremont's Higher performing schools.
