I am excited to add Aerial photography to my list of skills offered. With the new Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 107. After passing the FAA airman knowledge test and applying for the remote pilot certificate, I am now able to use my drone for commercial purposes, including mapping,inspections,marketing and more. I found the test and study material very useful in making sound safety decision making and being aware of other air traffic as well as restricted areas.
I will now offer aerial photography to real estate professionals for listing and marketing.

I purchased a drone as a hobbyist, to see if it would be useful to me during inspections. Wow, What a useful tool. I saved risking my neck on an inspection yesterday ( flying my drone for fun and with the property owners permission at no charge and following the FAA's safety rules). The property owner told me that when their inspector was there, his ladder slid down and caused damage to the property and himself.
