I have an out-of-state client I did an inspection for last week. They seem to be pretty happy with the inspection I provided for them and sent me a copy of this email they had sent the Realtor. I was scrolling along this morning and ran across an article that grabbed my attention about scheduling a home inspection quickly after going under contract. That is a great idea, I have to turn down 2-3 jobs a day due to buyer's short deadlines for getting the inspection done, and my schedule usually booked out for 7 -10 days. I clicked the link and it was a nice article form a national franchise that I had just done an inspection where the realtor gave me a copy of that companies inspection report on the same property from a few weeks prior … (2 comments)
