After an over two year hiatus from cycling due to an injury, about a month ago I got back into riding and boy does it feel great to be Back in the Saddle Again! On Saturday, I completed a century bike ride. For those of you who aren't too familiar with cycling, a century is 100 miles in a day. A double century is 200 miles in a day, etc. To give you some perspective, a century is slightly longer than the trip from New York City to Philadelphia and many people think that is a long ride in a car!
