planning: Getting organized on Sunday Afternoon

Years ago, a great man shared a Sunday secret with me that has helped my personal and business life over the past few years. He told me to spend one hour on Sundays planning out my week, but do not spend anytime planning till after attending church and taking a nap. His logic was that I would be motivated, feeling free, and fresh. Wow, to this day I spend most Sunday's doing exactly that.
