Whether you are buying, selling or living in a home filters are important. Obviously when you are living in your home, changing your filters is very important. It helps the air quality, saves on bills and allows your systems to work better with less of a drain. The same can be said for personal filters. Michael Douglas, in the movie The American President, said "America isn't easy. America is advanced citizenship. You gotta want it bad, 'cause it's gonna put up a fight." The same thing could be said about the real estate business. People outside the industry seem to be always wondering what is so difficult about the real estate industry.
