If you live here,in Connecticut, you know what I mean! Beautiful sunny day. 75 degrees warm! A little bit of wind, picked up and blew the fallen leaves about. Driving with the windows open, you could pick up some leaves! I did:)
I showed homes, this morning. At one of the homes, there was a man cleaning up the leaves. They were still wet from yesterday's rain. Makes the job easier, because they are less likely to fly away. The year, 2010, is already giving me a good start for my business. Many of us have struggled to get through the last few years and our payback is on its way. It won't rebound like the last high marker, but, it will bounce along until we reach an acceptable level. After all, someone is moving, every day. We are having a snowstorm today in Connecticut. I ran out really early today. They said it would probably start snowing around noon. Wow! There are many networks up and running now. Two years ago, when I was first invited to join active rain, it was the only social site for Realtors. Now, I am LinkedIn, Twittered, Social Media, Plaxo, Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, and more. Can you possibly keep up with all of them? I say, yes. You just need to pace yourself. Yes, we all have them and get them delivered right to our door. Bills! They are part of our day, our profession. As a Broker/Owner, I am now entitled to more bills. So, when your bills come in, do you categorize them? Do you know if your agents are billing directly back to you? With your persmission, that is absolutely, okay.
