Trying to stay awake until midnight on New Year’s Eve is always a struggle for me so if you are like me, here are some fun ideas to celebrate the new year on December 31st and January 1st.
Start New Year’s Eve off with a long walk at the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. This is one of my favorite places to visit year-round to get in a long walk. There are boardwalk trails as well as level gravel trails. The fresh air and the lookout for all kinds of birds get rid of cabin fever. The refuge is (18 comments)
