Florida Townhouses and Condos June 2018 Market ReportThe Florida Townhouses and Condos June 2018 Market Report remained a strong market with slightly better activity when compared to last year.  Closed sales were up by 1.2% as compared to last month’s increase of 4.1% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 0.0% (In May there was a 2.2% increase).
Prices, also, continued to rise significantly for June.  Median sales prices were up by 7.5% (was up by 6.0% in May), while the average sales price increased by 9.6% (was up 7.9% in May).

Closed sales were down by 1.3% (were up by 0.8% in May) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) were down by 3.3% (were down by 0.1% in May).
Prices are still going up though.  The median and average sales prices up by 6.1% and 7.7% respectively, compared to May’s 6.7% and 6.5%.

Florida Townhouses and Condos April 2018 Market ReportThe Florida Townhouses and Condos April 2018 Market Report rebounded from last month with stronger market activity when compared to last year.  Closed sales were up by 9.2% as compared to last month’s decrease of 1.8% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 7.4% (In March there was a 3.7% decrease).
Prices, also, continued their upward march for April.  Median sales prices were up by 10.5% (was up by 7.0% in March), while the average sales price increased by 9.6% (was up 5.1% in March).

Both median and average sales prices were up (year to year) by 7.8% and 6.5% respectively (2016 numbers were 6.7% and 1.1%).

Both median and average sales prices were up (2016 to 2017) by 8.0% and 7.8% respectively.   Showing continued gains in value.  These numbers were 12.2% and 6.2% respectively in 2016.
