Closed sales were up by 1.2% as compared to last month’s increase of 4.1% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 0.0% (In May there was a 2.2% increase).
Prices, also, continued to rise significantly for June. Median sales prices were up by 7.5% (was up by 6.0% in May), while the average sales price increased by 9.6% (was up 7.9% in May).

Closed sales were down by 1.3% (were up by 0.8% in May) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) were down by 3.3% (were down by 0.1% in May).
Prices are still going up though. The median and average sales prices up by 6.1% and 7.7% respectively, compared to May’s 6.7% and 6.5%.
