St Lucie County Townhouses and Condos January 2019 Market Report The St Lucie County Townhouses and Condos January 2019 Market Report had an unexpectedly large jump in closed sales while new pending sales were off. Closed sales were up by 45.6% from last year (was down by 22.0% in December) while new pending sales were down by 12.7% for January (they were unchanged in December).
Prices were mixed for the month. The median price increased by 19.4% from last year (was down by 22.4% in December) while the average sales price decreased by 4.0% (was down by 6.9% in December).
