Martin County Single Family Homes March 2018 Market ReportThe Martin County Single Family Homes March 2018 Market Report showed mixed sales reports as compared to last March.  Closed sales were up by 0.4% (was down by 8.6% in February).  While new pending sales decreased by 7.4% as compared to March 2017 (Decreased by 11.1% in February).
Prices, however, continue to go up though at a more moderate rate. The median sales price up by 3.8% from last year (up by 5.7% in February) while the average price increased by 4.5% (was up by 8.5% last month).

Florida Townhouses and Condos March 2018 Market ReportThe Florida Townhouses and Condos March 2018 Market Report had weaker activity when compared to last year but remains a strong market.  Closed sales were down by 1.8% as compared to last month’s increase of 6.4% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) decreased by 3.7% (In February there was a 1.6% increase).
Prices, however, continued their upward march.  Median sales prices were up by 7.0% (was up by 7.2% in February), while the average sales price increased by 5.1% (was up 11.9% in February).

Closed sales were down by 3.5% (were up by 3.3% in February) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) were down by 2.2% (were down by 1.0% in February).

Prices also jumped up with the median price increasing by 13.8% from last year (was up by 1.6% in January) while the average sales price increased by 18.7% (was up by 17.9% in January).
