Florida Townhouses and Condos February 2018 Market ReportThe Florida Townhouses and Condos February 2018 Market Report continued with stronger activity as compared to the previous year.  Closed sales were up by 6.4% as compared to last month’s increase of 5.9% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 1.6% (In January there was an 8.1% increase).
Prices also continued their upward march.  Median sales prices were up by 7.2% (was up by 11.7% in January), while the average sales price increased by 11.9% (was up 17.1% in January).

Closed sales were up by 3.3% (were down by1.3% in January) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) were down by 1.0% (were up by 0.1% in January).
