Florida Single Family Homes January 2018 Market ReportThe Florida Single Family Homes January 2018 Market Report began 2018 with weaker sales volume. Closed sales were down by 1.3% (were up by 2.6% in December) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) were up by 0.1% (were down by 0.1% in December).
Prices, however, continue to rise when compared to last year.  With the median and average sales prices up by 9.1% and 12.3% respectively, compared to December’s 8.0% and 9.4%.
The inventory of available homes for sale fell by 7.3% from last year.  For January there was a 3.9 months supply of inventory … (8 comments)

St Lucie County Townhouse and Condo Sales 2017 Yearly ReviewFor the St Lucie County Townhouse and Condo Sales 2017 Yearly Review had stronger activity when compared to 2016.  Year to year closed sales was up by 5.4% as compared to 2016 which saw a decrease of 6.6% and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 6.0% (2016 saw a decrease of 11.5%).
Both median and average sales prices increased significantly (year to year) by 18.9% and 13.0% respectively (2016 numbers were 5.9% and 2.9%).  Prices continue to rise.
