Not all personalities and opinions mesh. Most people, real estate agents included understand this. If the relationship isn't working, it's best to end it sooner than later for both parties.
I know that if it's me, I would like to know if my customer isn't happy and I would certainly understand their feelings and let them move on.
Not every relationship blossoms into a lasting friendship (or business arrangement). Anyone in sales knows that strengthening relationships once a business lead appears is key. It is also well known that a satisfied customer has its rewards.
