black rock coops: Bridgeport Garden Apartments or BGA Co-ops in Black Rock CT - 06/25/12 04:12 AM

The BGA Co-ops (officially called Bridgeport Garden Apartments) is the only co-op complex in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, CT.  They are among the best housing values in Black Rock due to reasonable common charges of less than $450/month, which include heat, hot water, and property taxes!  The co-op community is a non-profit corporation and is self-managed.

black rock coops: Black Rock Single Family Sales Increase 24% in 2010 - 01/29/11 03:42 AM
