Ummmm, well what I mean is "DA AGONY of DA-FEET".....so say some of my buyers this week! Their feet are killing them from viewing so many condos! It's Spring Break here for the University of Florida, but that means there are parents here for soon-to-be UF students and we are hunting for condos near UF. I think I have worn out two sets of parents here, and they are amazed at how many condos are for sale at great prices. So, if they want to see them....we get busy. The main theme in the article is EXCELLENT NEWS! Our current market now is giving homebuyers the best buys they've had since 2004 !! I have been shouting this from my soapbox, website and blog site....and finally the national media is starting to pass along good news to prospective home buyers.
