Congratulations to Paul & Tracey Torres on the sale of their home in Pepper Mill to the Henry Family.  We all hope that the Henry family will have a happy home inPepper Mill.
Thanks to everyone involved in this transaction.  The Torres’ had a tough time scheduling their move out and move in to home they were purchasing in Buckingham South. Luckily, the owner of the home they were buying allowed an early occupancy on the sale of closing, so that the movers could load and unload on the same moving day.  It’s all about coordination and cooperation!

Last Friday was a great day for some of my happy buyers and sellers!   The Bai Family closed on the purchase of their very first home in Blues Creek in Gainesville. And that home was one of my listings too, so the Cunigan family was happy that we finally got this home sold & transaction closed.

How flood insurance changes will affect Gainesville, FL (Alachua County)   In 2012, the U.S. Congress passed the Biggert Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 (BW-12), which requires the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) to raise rates to reflect true flood risk.
