Ever hear someone say I will only do that if hell freezes over!  I have a relative that is in her early 70's and said the same thing about Facebook.
Technology has been creeping into every sector of our lives whether we want to join in or not.  Some people have entered the technology age kicking and screaming.  Real estate agents had done the same thing. 
Bare bone websites or only a information page their broker provides.  Brokers that are progressive leaders have viewed the Internet with an eye on cost versus return, knowing they have no choice but to engage sellers … (6 comments)

client contact: Calling Clients asking if they want to list when they are listed? - 09/13/09 09:26 AM
Why are you calling my sellers with questions that aren't true and making them upset? 
I received a call from one of my sellers this week telling me they received a call from a realtors saying they didn't understand why their home wasn't active on the MLS and they could sell if for them.  My seller thought that was odd and called me immediately after ending her conversation with the inquiring Realtor. 
I hadn't made any changes to the listing so I had no idea what the client was referring too.  The listing had not expired, all my advertising and MLS listings were showing active … (0 comments)
