spring fever: Has Spring Sprung?

Is it Spring yet? Thought it was this past week. We had some nice sunny days, clear blue skies, the temperatures were creeping up and we were feeling the warmer weather..Ready to start the spring cleanup, start up the grill, excited to begin all spring activities and go full speed ahead with the spring season. Fast forward to this morning. Woke up to rain, which turned into snow and is now sleet and Brrr cold temps. Spring Fever...Do You Have It? Spring markets, spring cleanups, new listings, updating photos, and more should be on your spring fever list. Me I have all those issues and another passion sailing. So not only do I contend with the other issues we all do when markets start to heat up, I find time to polish the boat bottom, get my gear ready and start the summer sailing circuit. We have a home yacht club and hit some of the traveling circuit's races as well. Some of us also play golf and have other summer travel issues, vacations all the while … (2 comments)
