I held an open house on Saturday, April 18th the same day the Third Annual Chocolate Festival in Lewisburg, West Virginia was being held. It was a hectic morning, putting up open house signs, and trying to find some extra signs for the main roads. I was really hoping to go to the festival, but time was against me. The open house was a success for two reasons: (1) we received an offer from a couple attending the open house; and, (2) the mortgage specialist signed on to be a member of active rain.
