I would like to introduce a new member to the Active Rain community, Heather Roques. Heather is a mortgage specialist for City National Bank in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Heather is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she lived for 25 years. She and her husband, Ned, moved to Lewisuburg in July, 2007. I first met Heather when she was a Realtor. I held an open house on Saturday, April 18th the same day the Third Annual Chocolate Festival in Lewisburg, West Virginia was being held. It was a hectic morning, putting up open house signs, and trying to find some extra signs for the main roads. I was really hoping to go to the festival, but time was against me. The open house was a success for two reasons: (1) we received an offer from a couple attending the open house; and, (2) the mortgage specialist signed on to be a member of active rain.
