As noted below, Greenbrier County real estate for JUNE 2010 was slightly better than JUNE 2009.  There were more listings SOLD in June 2010 (18) as compared to June 2009. Although for June 2009 there were 21 more Active Listings then in 2010;  New listings were VERY close with only one additional new listing in 2010;  and Inventory was lower in 2010 compared to 2009.
