This young family were first-time buyers. He is a fireman and she is a school teacher with a young son, Carson. I first talked to them in July 2017. They knew what they wanted and had a set criteria and price for a home in Lewisburg, WV. They made offers on two other homes, and continued on their search when they didn't come to fruition.
