the 13th Annual Lewisburg Chocolate Festival to be held in downtown Lewisburg, WV on Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 11am-4pm.
The Lewisburg Chocolate Festival brings together some of our favorite things in life—music, shopping, good times and chocolate! Dating back to 2006, this Lewisburg West Virginia event has grown from offering 5,000 tastings to over 35,000 in just 13 years.

If you like music, shopping, good times and especially chocolate… you probably attended the Lewisburg Chocolate Festival on April 8, 2017. If not, you missed a fun-filled day. Chocolate treats could be found everywhere on and around Washington Street.
To prepare our chocolate treat, on Friday, some of the staff at REMAX Vision Quest met at the Lewisburg Methodist Church and made four flavors of chocolate mousse. We had two blenders going constantly. Once the ingredients were well blended, the mousse was poured into small cups, sealed with a lid and marked with the letter for the different flavors...

This week we have seen the temperature drop from 60s down to the 20s in some areas. It has been in the 20s and 30s then up to the high 40s this week. Thursday, April 7, 2016, it snowed some. Then the weather changed. It would rain buckets, then it would hail, and then the sun would come out. This happened twice, and the rain came down fast and hard as did the hail. Some strange weather we are having here in Lewisburg WV. What's the weather like in your area?

The RE/MAX Vision Quest office team was ready today for the crowd wanting chocolate during the Lewisburg's 9th Annual Chocolate Festival. Over 1900 chocolate treats were sold. We had dark, white and milk chocolate for dipping your choice of treats....... marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, marshmallow peeps, died appricots, rice krispy treats, and circus peanuts. We also had sprinkles and nuts for toppings.
This chocolate event helps promote the local businesses. This year, all of the proceeds will go to the United Way of the Greenbrier Valley. United Way supports many of the local charities in our area.

REMAX Treats for the Chocolate Festival, Saturday, April 11, 2015
The Lewisbug 9th Annual Chocolate Festival is this Saturday, April 11th from 11am to 4pm. The RE/MAX Vision Quest office always participates in this festival. Today, the RE/MAX team prepared some of the items for the event. We prepared delicious treats to be dipped in chocolate from Large marshmallows, dried apricots, different colored peeps, rice crispy treats to circus peanuts. These items were put on sticks for dipping into the chocolate.
Tomorrow, we will be preparing strawberries and Saturday morning bananas will be cut and put on sticks. Pretzels will also be dipped … (15 comments)

While attending the Sixth Annual Lewisburg Chocolate Festival on Saturday we stopped to watch a very entertaining show with Glenn Singer as El Gleno Grande.
His one-man show is a very funny visual comedy.... a spoof of a circus horse act. It was so entertaining and everyone was laughing and singing along with him.
Glenn Singer is a renowned specialist in physical comedy and audience interplay. El Gleno Grande act has been on six continents during a career that spans almost 20 years. Below is a video of his act.

Today was a chocolate day! The Sixth Annual Lewisburg Chocolate Festival was held this weekend in historic Downtown Lewisburg, WV. The Festival included an exciting schedule of chocolate themed events including musical performances, dinners, tastings, and fun for all ages.
Of course, the highlight of the festival was Saturday, April 14, with a Chocolate Tasting Extravaganza throughout the shops and businesses in Downtown Lewisburg. My sister, great nephew Jason, and great niece Savannah, joined me for a day of chocolate. The Chocolate Festival will be held on April 9, 2011. The festival will be bigger and better with more events scheduled for chocolate lovers of all ages!
