Lewisburg, West Virginia, is a vibrant community and downtown consists of 4-square blocks. Small, yes... but so much is happening in this Greenbrier County town.
 
Downtown Lewisburg has world-class entertainment such as a selection of musical performances, dance, and theatre.
 
There is Carnegie Hall. This historic building one of only four Carnegie Hall's in the world) is home to live performances, arts and music education, free tours and exhibits. Sponsored by City National Bank, the concerts take place outside on Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace as attendees watch from the expansive lawn in front of New River Community and Technical College.

Charlie McCoy has played with so many musicians, it’s hard to keep up with his impressive list of credits. He won his first Grammy Award in 1972 and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2009, but his list as a session musician is the most impressive. Take a look.

Carnegie Hall’s November/December Art Exhibits are set to open Friday, November 2 in conjunction with Lewisburg’s First Fridays After 5 event.
 
Carnegie Hall features three galleries, which display the works of regional artists for two-month shows. This month’s exhibits feature works by Richard Pranulis, Laurie Cameron, Doug Chadwick, and Richard Mallory Allnutt.
 
The Lobby Gallery and the Board Room Gallery will feature works by Richard Pranulis, Laurie Cameron, Doug Chadwick titled “Water.” An opening reception will take place on Friday, November 2, at 5 p.m.
