My North Carolina buyer had accepted a job as a Clerk Repoter in Lewisburg, WV. When I met Ms. Buyer she first thought she would buy a house. We looked, but to no avail as she had dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. Oh yes and a daughter. She decided to rent a place and yes she did find a landlord who would rent to her and her daughter as well as all her pets.
