The Greenbrier is open and ready for the 2017 Greenbrier Classic the official PGA TOUR FedEx Cup event at The Greenbrier’s Old White TPC Course on July 3 - July 9, 2017.
The Greenbrier Classic was not held last July, due to the devastating flooding caused by record rainfalls throughout West Virginia. The Greenbrier was hard-hit by torrential rains. The Old White TPC, host course for the tournament, suffered extensive damage from the June flooding and was beyond reasonable repair to conduct the tournament in July.

The Greenbrier will reopen to its guests on Tuesday, July 12, after being forced to close for more than two weeks because of the unprecedented flood waters that significantly damaged parts of the historic resort.

The Greenbrier announced today that their Tennis Pro Emeritus, Pete Sampras, will take on eight-time tennis Grand Slam winner, Andre Agassi, at the grand opening of Center Court at Creekside on June 20th, 2015.
Tennis Hall-of-Famer and 14-time Grand Slam winner, Pete Sampras, made his debut at The Greenbrier in 2012 at the inaugural Greenbrier Champions Tennis Classic. The Greenbrier's Chocolate Display and Holiday Events
The Greenbrier, the historic destination resort set in the foothills of West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, has unveiled a holiday-themed chocolate display made up of over 1,000 pounds of chocolate, donated by Cacao Barry, to commemorate the festive season this year.
The display was constructed by the resort's Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Suteau and his pastry team, and took three months to complete.

The Greenbrier, located in White Sulphur Springs, WV, encompasses more than 10,000 private acres in the foothills of West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, announced today that it has broken ground on a new state-of-the-art, 2,500-seat tennis stadium, to be unveiled in June 2015.
Set on the banks of Howard's Creek on the resort's grounds, Center Court at Creekside is a 46,000-square-foot tennis facility designed by Detroit-based ROSSETTI architects.
