You will find the skilled artisan of wood, Joseph Mendel, working on a piece of furniture in his gallery, “Joseph Mendel Furniture Maker” any day of the week. As I listened to Joseph talk and work you could feel his excitement of being able to create and carve beautiful pieces of wood. This was indeed a unique experience for me!

Schedule Change for the Greenbrier Classic Concerts.......The Greenbrier Classic Concert Series featuring Reba, Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley, will now include three separate concerts.
Due to an unexpected scheduling conflict, country music icon Reba will now perform on Wednesday, July 28. A concert by the award-winning trio Rascal Flatts will still be held on Thursday, July 29. The Greenbrier's first annual Community Children's Easter Fun Fest received over 4,000 pounds of canned food items which were donated to four local food banks. Community food pantries in White Sulphur Springs, Ronceverte, Alderson and Monroe County……....each received a significant quantity of food, thanks to the generosity of the over 2,500 participants. The March 28th event featured jolly jumps, face painting, a juggler, a magician, crafts and a 7,000-egg hunt on the North Lawn.
