Not everybody can do this! I believe that this is a a valuable last step before recording, but not everyone can do this in a friendly manner. If the transaction has been strained then maybe it's not such a good idea, but at Fishhawk Lake, when representing both buyer and seller in most of my transactions, I get a sense of personalities and find that more often than not this is a great idea to pass on the baton, educate, and create a real life connection that may not have arisen before this point in the real estate sale. The Winter of Our Intent There is often a slowdown in business for many in real estate in the winter months and there are those who will look at it with "discontent". With the darkening days, it can be a time for introspection, as more time is spent indoors with less work activity. Winter days give pause, to grow internally, while our surroundings lay dormant until spring brings them sprouting up from the ground again. Today, I took photos of a "family" of sorts. New vs old. Let me explain. A family of four owners and lots of extended family decided to finally put their beloved cabin that they built 40ish years ago up for sale. They listed with me.
There was so much family-oriented energy, love and memories tucked into this roomy and yet enveloping cabin that it was going to take some pretty intuitive buyers to feel that and act on it. 22 days later we had it in sale pending. I think it took them (59 comments)
