Earlier today, I had a delightful and stimulating conversation with a new buyer who is trying to fulfill a dream, outside of the crazy urban atmosphere that Beaverton, a suburb of Portland is becoming. His quest is to find a bit of property in a more rural setting where the pace of living is more relaxed, surrounded by countryside, rather than wall-to-wall cars, and ever-increasing population in his current neighborhood on the southwest side of Portland. Fishhawk Lake Creepy Creatures Nature with all of her faces can be interesting, and well….creepy, too. I have sometimes been in the right place at the right time at Fishhawk Lake to catch some of those creepy creatures…some you may not recognize because they don’t frequent your area. Some are ones we all share. This guy is a Pacific NW Salamander. They are usually shy. Also, from what I’ve read they are nocturnal. He was neither the day I saw him. He was hanging around by my back door at Fishhawk Lake early in the morning and I had the (21 comments)
