Fishhawk Lake Real Estate-What does "Cabiny" mean to a buyer?
The word "cabin" doesn't really connote anything fancy. In looking up the meaning, this was the simple definition:
a small house or cottage, usually of simple design and construction:
He was born in a cabin built of rough logs. Not too inviting at first blush. Unless you're a buyer looking for a cabin in the woods on a lake, specifically Fishhawk Lake. What is a buyer's definition of this? It's somewhat murky and can mean everything from real log beams to that "cabiny feeling", much more difficult to pin down, but something that I hear all of the time. And, I get it.
