Mini vacations can resurrect the spirit and love-of-a-lifetime relationship. It did wonders for ours recently. It was just what the doctor ordered....R&R. Who knew when we decided to take a couple of days to be together in January at Cannon Beach Oregon that we would have near-summer-like temperatures?!
It was heaven. Glowing sunsets, jewel-toned mornings

From Fishhawk Lake: The Three Amigas Travel Log I’m just going to share one day in our “Retreat at Fishhawk Lake” with Debb Janes, Mel Peterson and me. Since the weather was inclement, hiking, and lots of boatrides were out of the question. What’s a girl (or three) to do? Why, eating and shopping are the answer!
