doing a favor: Listing Another Agents Home

I was asked to list a colleagues home, who has recently moved out of town. Good idea? Not really. It's turning into an event more than a job. Every day, and I mean every day, I receive an email from the colleague, with a forward from her spouse. Strange? Ya think? They have brainstorm sessions each night on the next best idea to sell their home quickly. Without listening to my comments at all, they more than insist that I attempt to do what they ask.
