Being located so close to the city, and with areas replete with split level homes (which we Realtors euphemistically call ‘ Mid-Century Modern) built in the 1950′s, and with so many gracious and elegant Colonials and Tudor homes on tree-lined, quiet streets, it is quite understandable.
